All physical items ship with a flat $9.95 shipping fee per order. Shipping fees apply only to physical products.

Do you ship to all correctional facilities?

We ship to most facilities, but each facility has its own rules regarding incoming mail and educational materials.

What information do I need to provide for facility delivery?

For physical items, you must provide:

• Facility mailing address

• Inmate’s full name

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delayed delivery or returned mail.

What happens if a facility rejects the package?

If a facility rejects or returns an item due to its own policies, we are not responsible for the facility’s decision.

Returned items may not be eligible for reshipment depending on the reason for rejection.
